Cancellation Policy
Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or patients who fail to attend their appointment without notice, may be considered a late cancellation or missed appointment. In these situations, any booking or consultation fees paid may be non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances surrounding the appointment and the timing of any cancellation.
If an appointment is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period stated in the clinic’s policy, any refundable portion of the payment may be returned to the patient. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
